I am not an expert, but I think it's nothing to worry about. If it doesnt go away in 3/4 days or she develops some other symptoms, then take some measures
Normally, Kids are very flexible and strong, they follow their heart, and they have a pretty good idea of what their body needs and what they need to avoid, when to play around and when to rest, what to keep in memory and what to format.
It's wise to have healthy foods around, and let them make their own choices, never force-feed them and let them recover from any illness on their own, delay medications as much as you can,
Kids naturally have an awesome internal guidance, we mess it up sometimes by forcing them in different directions.
One day I was in a school playground, the school ended and lots of kids came out to play, it was too sunny that day. I thought in my heart that what if the kids get heat stroke or sunburn, or they get dehydrated, their is no one to remind them here. But I saw that within ten minutes most of the kids were standing and playing in some sort of shade, many of them gathered around the water fountain, and pretty much everyone was out of the direct sunlight and heat in a matter of minutes.
Re: yellowy toddler!
Kids, babies should sleep around 8 pm, max 9m anything later than that is not good.
Waking time should be anywhere around 6-8 am.
As for routine, they need one and u have to stick with it and for that u have to make their routine yours, when they sleep (hopefully not at midnight) u need to sleep too and get up when they are wake.
There are days when I want to stay up late or watch a movie, then my husband sleep with my baby so that I have a 1-2 hours for myself alone but I have to wake up when they do, so thats the reason I am in bed around 10 pm and rested for the next day ahead. Good luck u can do it too.
