these pic’s are from a Hollowine party in lahore. i have never seen any thing like this in Hallowine parties among desi community in US.

yeah thats the thing with pakistani living abroad. we have the same image of pakistan as we left it. but things change fast, but i also think that this has been happening for a while we just did not get to hear about it. but now a days because of the media specially internet, we get to know about stuff that an average Pakistani did not use to hear or may be not even suppose to know about.

fashion industry is made of elites. The artsy elites do dress like that for their halloween parties, and they're pretty much "out there" for their regular parties too.
