Re: y things r not hapennig gud???

Everyone thinks the same way… ye sab merey saath hi kion ho raha hai. If you look around and ask your friends/ cousins etc, you will know same things happens to everyone in the marriage related manners. Since these are quite private matters, girls and their families usually don’t tell everyone why and how they get rejected by the guys and their families, and then we tend to think that ONLY we are going through the process of rejection. Majority of the girls usually put up a strong face in public and engage themselves in higher education and jobs and if asked, they show they are quite busy in their life and don’t have time to get married etc. In real, they are not getting good proposals. So stop sympathising with yourself and stop thinking that these things are only happening with you. If you just look around on GS, many of us are going through similar things (I just turned 28, lost my dad few years ago, still unmarried, my mom is depressed and had been so close to finalising the rishtas many many times but then things fell apart each and every time).

Also, being a perfect girl doesn’t guarantee a good proposal in no time. We have seen many many gorgeous perfect girls not being able to attract good matches. On the other hand, many average looking girls have been married early to close to perfect guys with very less efforts. You are young and you have much time to get married. Don’t make this your one and only goal in life.

I suggest that you should keep yourself busy in your life, in education or job. Take the shaadi process simultaneously and don’t immerse yourself in the process to the point that you start feeling depressed everytime people say no to you. Take this process lightly whily focussing on your routine life. It will happen when its meant to happen.
