hmm lol sous chef ... jokes apart all i know is how to fry an egg lol and m ashamed of that lol.

last time my mom went to pak she left some frozen kababs for me, i fried two of em and put em on the disposable plate and guess wat :S when i picked up the plate, it came up with two holes instead of kababs :S and the kababs were on the floor

so moral of the story, never put a hott kabab on a disposable plate cuz it can melt down.

see i learnt something lol

and if i become sous chef the head chef is gona fire me within a day :(
