Possibly. I was questioning that myself.
I figured it depends on the situation.
For e.g.:
- “I just broke wind.”
- “Who broke the wind ?!” or should it be “Who broke wind ?!”
Not sure. I just don’t find myself announcing or discussing gastric events much. 
Funny discussing grammar on this issue, though. Isn’t it ?
