Re: WWE..

Undertaker coming down the ramp reminds me of Wrestlemania XX. As Undertaker was walking down the ramp, Michael Cole asked "Is Undertaker alive or dead?"

Unforgiven Pics

*Yes, everything is alright with this world, Jericho is champion again :) . Now if only Edge can get the Smackdown title back, and all we will have is Canada all around!

I am liking where Orton is headed; leader of a "sons of hall of famers" stable. Nice. Maybe The Brian Kendrick can lead his own stable of Smackdown and things will be fantastic.*

Well yes, I was glad too, but don't you think Punk did not get a long run with the title? Seems as if he was the interim champion until someone was ready to fill the boots. I just think it should have been longer than how it panned out, just seems short. I won't be surprised if Triple H gave his "input" on Punk dropping the title. A few days ago, I was reading a report where Triple H mentioned that he dislikes those who play video games backstage, and guess who else was mentioned in the same sentence; your recent ex-champion.

For Orton, it seems like they are headed towards a stable, which is what you said. How many stables does Smackdown need, exactly? It's not like there is a luxury to pick and choose. However, The Brian Kendrick and The Big Show might team up together. I am liking the way how Kendrick just dances around like a kid.

Did you watch Charlie Haas (CHL)/JBL segment on RAW?

Dhobi_Bhai are you planning to go to next years Wrestelemania in Houston?

Send me a wire transfer. Their gold package is a little over £1000 which includes 3-day, 2-night stay at the hotel; breakfast, autograph and photo session with superstars, a complimentary ticket to the Hall of Fame and of course, a ringside seat.

Let me know when you want me to go to my bank.

My brother is going along with Saqib; send him email he willprovide you with more details.

Re: WWE..

RAW was average. The Steel Cage match at the beginning was just okay, I think CM Punk has lost all his appeal one week after losing the title, and I am not happy with the way WWE have made him look. He is not even in the title picture at No Mercy, 4 weeks after Unforgiven when he was the WWE Champion. Really let the ball down on this one.

On the positive note, Charlie Haas as Jim Haas? What a comedy, last week CHL/JBL was one of the best comedy segments this year.

HBK/Jericho in Ladder match at No Mercy. This will top all their previous encounters.

Anyone watched RAW?

Smackdown is moving to MyNetworkTV with the network's first broadcast on Thursday showing a one hour premiere of Wrestlemania 24. Any comments on the move to MyNetworkTV?

Re: WWE..

For that video clip where they showed the pictures of the survivors of Hurricane Ike asking the viewers to donate, I thought the voice-over of Shawn Michaels was a nice touch, as HBK's home is in Texas also.

Re: WWE..

WWE has announced that the MyNetworkTV debut of SmackDown will include the main event of WWE Champion Triple H vs. The World Champion Chris Jericho vs. The ECW Champion Matt Hardy. WWE will make their debt on the network in two more weeks on October 3rd. (WNW)

Re: WWE..

The Tennessean is reporting that Jeff Hardy was denied boarding a Southwest Airline flight to North Carolina when he appeared to be intoxicated at the Nashville International Airport in the Southwest gate on Wednesday.

According to the newspaper, a Southwest employee reported it and Hardy was told that he could not board the flight. Hardy was reportedly very cooperative and there was no altercation or need to get police involved. He denied Southwest’s offer for another flight and made other arrangements. (WNW)

Re: WWE..

Anyone following RAW tonight or here for live commentary in the thread?

Re: WWE..

Did anyone catch Punk vs. Rhodes on RAW? Did Punk look like he was working stiff? I mean, just plain stiff, a lot harder than I have ever seen him. His kicks and punches knocked Rhodes' out totally. I almost felt sorry for the guy at the end, he looked pretty shaken up.

Re: WWE..

Don't forget to watch the first-ever Wrestlemania 24 broadcast presentation on MyNetworkTV at 8 p.m. EST Thursday, Oct. 2.

Re: WWE..

Batista’s trip to India (Indian Television News)

*Punk's ringwork has really disappointed me. There is no flow to his matches; he seems very uncomfortable. His mic work, contrary to what you think my friend, has been excellent and he will be fine in that regard.

Orton has been getting huge pops for the past few weeks. Face turn? It would hardly suit him, specially with his stable getting set up nicely.

Kendrick is still amazing, and his dance moves are getting wackier every week. Plus he is smooth on the mic. I see no problems with him except maybe his physique; he might need to go the Triple H "way" if he wants to move up. Now if only they push MVP the same way (and demote the bland, charisma-less Shelton in his place), we will have two new stars ready to go.

Lastly, WHERE THE HELL IS EDGE!? :( . *

Oh my, the thread have been resurrected from the dead.

Well, Punk's mic work is okay. I am comparing his to the likes of Edge, Jericho and Triple H. For a guy of Punk's character, it is more about in-ring because he was never a great talker who could attract the crowd using the microphone. On which note, why is Punk not in the title picture anymore? I mean, from a champion on last PPV to not even on the card for this PPV, how low can it get for him? He lost clean to Jericho the night after Unforgiven in a Steel Cage match, how come? Not even a DQ for a former ex-champion who lost the title a night ago?

Yes, Kendrick is, his character has improved since his days with London. I doubt how far he will go. And just how exactly is he supposed to get a Triple H "way" physique? Tell. ;) But you are right, Vince's love of pushing big freaks with no talent (Khali) will continue.

MVP is a main-event talent in my book. In a year or two, more maybe, he will get there.

Orton is not and should not turn face. Remember what happened in 2004 after he won the WHC title.

Edge is recuperating, my friend. I can't wait for his return also.

Don't forget to watch this week's Smackdown. It will be big. Main event will have Triple H vs. Jericho vs. Matt Hardy.

And Wrestlemania premiers also!!

Re: WWE..

For No Mercy

Jericho/HBK ladder match, thoughts? I am giving it 5-stars already, I feel it will surpass all their previous encounters.

Triple H/Jeff Hardy will be a decent match, no expectations because they are the two biggest baby faces on Smackdown.

What else is on PPV? Oh, Candice Michelle is back. GoDaddy!

Re: WWE..

i watch it but i am a girl!
