Mike Adamle is a glorified announcing jobber. The term jobbers is used for a wrestler when the person is doing jobs for other people. Adamle's announcing skills are weak, he is beyond green and he is in no league of even sitting at the commentary box by himself. I think WWE killed a major angle and anticipation of the news of new RAW GM. The way it was leading up to the main event, I think WWE killed the angle on this one. Adamle turned off his microphone when Cena and Batista were staring at each other and stood right up from the commentary table which was evident from the camera (UK - Sky Sports. All this was not shown in US). He came right at ringside and waited and got in the ring even before the announcement. Lots of things went wrong at that time. WWE killed the major angle.

Goldberg has his own auto car show and Lesnar is better off in UFC. They both were out by the stunner at Wrestlemania 20.

We will have to re-think on the biggest party notion. If Triple H's title goes last like it did at GAB, it will turn off the PPV. All this time he was on RAW, the WHC title always ended the PPV. The first PPV after him moving to Smackdown and Punk gets a lesser treatment. In fact, the WWE title should have ended the last PPV, regardless of the end result. Have we not seen a disqualification in the main event so many times and that too, on a PPV?
Well, HITC (Hell in the Cell) will go last, I would assume, with Taker winning. On a rather spoiler note, Edge put Mick Foley through a table this week at TV tapings which will air this Friday.
Besides that, I think Beth has completely lost her 'appeal'. Teaming up with Santino has provided nothing but damaged her massive aura and appeal to the massive fans.
HBK/Jericho will have another go. Let's see what they come up with this time. I expect a gimmick match. Ladder match, maybe.
Just meh right now. JBL is hovering at the main event level which is, less said about JBL the better. The only thing I am interested in watching is HITC. Expecting another low buyrate for Summerslam.

Mike Adamle has run his footprints all over RAW and it has made me throw up. He is not cut out for this job at all. The guy was reading from an envelope - a cue - at the beginning of RAW. Cannot give a 5-minute promo without looking at the paper to read his speech.
Summerslam doesn't look too fancy on paper either.

However the way WWE puts it, Summerslam does not look good on paper, although I will watch it for the sake of sitting through another PPV that looks average. The only two wrestling matches that catch my attention is Hardy/MVP and HIAC. The two main events for each brands are built terrible, they have no hype around it, the challengers are virtually a big waste of time. JBL and Khali should not be anywhere near the main event picture scene, ever. One average worker, another good for publicity. It says alot for the biggest event of the summer when your two biggest main event matches involve wrestlers - which is highly an overstatement - who are not the focus of your build and promotion but rather Cena/Batista hype, which is going to be another above average match.
As Smackdown moves into MyNetworkTV in the fall, I expect Triple H to retain.

Speechless. Major, major 5-stars for the main event. Electric, everything was executed brilliantly. 3 spears, one spear through the cell on the outside, Undertaker put through the announce table, several hard chair shots by Edge, a choke-slam through two tables. I saw when Undertaker looked towards the ring to gave a false illusion and then looked at Edge who shook his head in a yes and went through the tables. A spear by Undertaker, last ride and finally, Edge from the top of the ladder thrown into the ring on the floor. What a carnage, high performance. Main event lasted 27 minutes.
It is not good when your deserving main event is a gimmick match winning 5-stars. The only other match which came close to the main event was Hardy/MVP. Cena/Batista was surprisingly good, it was given time, about 10 minutes.
Smackdown main event was a bathroom break to begin with and it ended with the toilet flush. Evident with the "you can't wrestle" chants.
Main event stole the show. One of the best performances by two best men in the ring.

Any predictions on Unforgiven? Any exciting matches? I am hardly looking forward to it. Championship Scramble match for 20 minutes, meh. Jericho/Michaels will be exciting, maybe.

CM Punk is pretty good on the mic Dhobi, what are you talking about? The young guy I'm most impressed with on the mic is "The" Brain Kendrick; the guy can cut some pretty amazing promos, and he will only get better with time.
MVP is really solid on the mic as well, and hence deserves the push he's getting.
And why are you hating on Adamle so much dhobi? JAMAICAN ME CRAZY

Finally some action!
How do you compare Punk’s mic skills to say, Orton’s or even Triple H’s, who is on a whole different level? When Punk paused and Orton started talking, it was apparent as to who was involving the crowd more. Punk does that too but he is a face and the crowd is usually on his side. His script lines and the way he reads them is like a freight train with no stops. I think he would get better with time, he needs to involved the crowd more and not rush through his promos.
“The” Brian Kendrick, you are right about him. I see him on the level of Rhodes and DiBiase, they all have the ability to improve. Look how Orton improved since he started out in Evolution. He can get nasty on the mic.
MVP is better than you (I just had to put that in somewhere).
Well first of all, he does not deserve to be in the position of where he is. At least he cut his hair short now which is giving him an okay look. Adamle is not even humorous.

Holy cow. The Brian Kendrick pedigreed and pinned again. 10 seconds later, Swanton Bomb on Kendrick and Jeff Hardy is the champion. Kendrick got pinned 3 times in a minute.
Triple H retained, no major title changes. RAW main event next.
