Why is that? Do men (or women) just not know when their wives/husbands are pure evil? I don’t think all stepmothers are bad, but I have heard of many situations where the step-parent is given much more importance than the child… Not only with desis, but I can’t remember how often I have read newspaper accounts of children being killed by their mother’s boyfriend/stepdad.

no matter how much you know other person, how much you try to balance ur life, to-date, marriage is a gamble and kids are too high price to pay – for me at least.
