I am not a girl but you can if someone has PTSD, anxiety, depression etc. but something like Schizophrenia .. no thnx

^ Its not how she looks like, its what she's doing. The question is whether one would go for such a 'crazy' person or would it be classified as mental illness and left to the shrinks?

I've once asked a girl same question. She said that if she loved him she would marry him and then try to fix him. But the guy had to be sane prior to marriage. After marriage however if he becomes insane she would try to save him. That was a really brilliant answer from her. Most people would just straight up leave their spouses.
