MAYBE YOU THINK its bad, maybe others feel she looks good. and if shes pakistani then im sure she looks bad, we asians look horrible with any colour thats not ANY SHADE OF BROWN....of shes gori...she probly looks ok....

On the other hand, thank you sweet-face :slight_smile: And I get what you mean about developing a habit of it.. Maybe you could just mention something like, “You know, your hair would look soo much prettier if you were to do this/that… etc”? That way, your not blatantly telling her you think it’s horrid & your giving her an opinion of what would look good on her.

Yes, you should be honest. My friends and I all tell one of my friends all the time that the way he dresses and does his hair makes him look like he's gay.

Honesty is the best policy. Amongst guys. Because we're just cool like that.

i tell my friends honestly about their outfits and how it looks on them. (iff they ask me.)

You may or ppl may say/think that diplomacy won't hurt you but it does.

But ppl don't realize it or don't even give value or think about it. Diplomacy kia JHOOT. Jhoot bolnay say khud to gunahgar hotay hain aur doosron ko khush kar kay apna nuqsaan karna kahan ki aqalmandi hai.

What I do and it's good for both of you. If you don't like anything don't say a thing. Save yourself from lying. What you don't like she might like it a lot. By telling truth might hurt her. So don't say anything if she insists a lot then only say theek hai, achcha hai like that.

Sometimes I ask do you want to listen truth or lie. Agar such sunna chatay ho/hain to I don't want to say anything let me stay quite because if I say something truth that might hurt you.

But in reality all ppl who knows me very well when they ask me anything I always tell truth out of any dushmani or any budniati (as ppl do).

So yeah ppl know me and I don't lie at all. PPl also know that tell things with sincierity and truthfulness.

Don't become diplomatic aka jhooti. Aisi baytuki jhoots pay you will get dunday after life. Stay quiet instead of jhoot.

I was very confused in the childhood when I use to get daant from my mom on telling the truth. My mom use to say. Tum nain uska dil tor dia. Wo kitna khushi khushi tum ko dikha raha/rahi tha/thi. Uski khushi kay liaay haan kah dena tha.

I always use to think that I got dant for telling the truth. Were I not suppose to tell what I felt. At the time I didn't know about the truth and what truth is.

But when I become teenager one of my aunt use to go for shopping with me or use to take me for her shopping and use to ask me. She has a horrible choice in color or may I say opposite of mine. I use to say achcha hai. Why because that use to make her happy. I use to say mera kia jata hai. If she becomes happy.

She use to ask me to use those colors for my dressing and use to say yes I will do that as I knew she use to come for vacation from foreign country and go back. To make her happy. lol

Later I read in quran (I was always seeking what to do in that situation). After my mom daaating I stop saying anything about my opnion to ppl at all. Only I use to answer my that aunt who use to insist a lot.

When I read in quran jhoot kisi kay liaay naheen bolna maan, baap hon kay bhai bahan ya rishtaydar then I stopped saying it all.

I saw ppl without asking say especially here even to a very cheap looking things "you look stunning and blah blah". They are so jhootay don't have Allah ka khauf at all.

Don't say at all until you have been asked a lot for horrible things. But if you really like something then you could ocassionaly say things. That way ppl will know that when you like things you yourself tell otherwise you don't say it.

Never ever ever ever become DIPLOMATIC aka JHOOTI.

I don't want to listen jhoot from ppl for myself. I don't get hurt when ppl say truth about me.

BUT you know you guys must not be close since you can't tell her how she looks...with me i can be blunt with my friends, so in your case it seems like you aren't there yet in a point of friendship when you can share EVERYTHING without hesitation...
