1. No Soni.......I would not.
2. It is a quaility that I wouldn't want in my life partner.
3. Smoking pot and drinking alcohol is worse than smoking pot alone....... and it would be a big enough deal for me.

But these are just activities not addictions and can be corrected with some help. If the person belongs to a good family, has good values and good education then it's not as bad as everyone is making it to look like.

People do psychedelic drugs to avoid reality, they want relive from some sort of problem. So you have to find out what it is, think of it as you have to cure some disease. Talk to the guy, see how you feel about him and trust your guts. It's your life and only you can make the best decision for yourself.

ps. Medically pot is harmless Alcohol is very dangerous and even one beer a week is killer for the liver.
