See the problem is we cannot use the scientific method to prove or disprove a philosophical idea. There is no Christian, Hindu, or Muslim equation that you can use to solve this problem. Until we can, it’s all assumptions and opinions. This is why such arguments go nowhere. We can be “dheet” and continue to argue our point to death and hope we can convince the gullible (which we are not, right?). It’s true for both believers and non-believers.

I think there is. But since its not in format of E=mc^2, people tend to over look it.
But then old time scientific methods were also written in simple language with out symbols. As long as logic was there, it was accepted method.
Also statical analysis is not philosophy . Neither is mathematics.
But both can start with out tubes, probes and sensors and labs.
