Would it flatter you?

If a charming member of opposite sex mentions of doing some “taaweez” sh!t on you so as to turn your “No” into a “Yes”. In other words, to get you, to have you in their life, if they mention of any taaweez works that they would carry out… even as a joke. Would you be suspicious or would you be flattered?

What would you do? Run or stay? Is this sh!t for real? Does this really work in real life? If yes, how? How does one feel?

Please share with me if someone knows anything about it.

Re: Would it flatter you?

I would be very upest. I don't see any reason to be flattered. To me it seems more like madness.

I would definitely stay away from such a person in future.

Re: Would it flatter you?

I'd run.
Because if this person is willing to do taaweez on me to make me say yes then they wouldn't hesitate to do taaweez for other reasons.

Re: Would it flatter you?

Thinking it was a joke, it can be flattering but knowing that it may not be a joke scares the sh!t out of you. Is this sh!t for real? How does one feel? Lost? Out of control? Your heart acting werid..... when you know it is not love (or lust). How to get away from such a person if you doubt it is effecting your life?

Ofcourse it is such a low thing to do. How can one find out if this has been done or it is just the suspicion of the mind?

Re: Would it flatter you?

Firstly, silly of you to believe that a taweez for such a purpose would work.

Secondly, yes, he is slightly bent in the head, so move on and don't give him the time of day.

Re: Would it flatter you?

Not believing cat_woman but trying to figure out what's going on. Suspect cz you feel weird. Like your heart.... as if someone's pulling out your heart. This is not normal. How can one find out? When you are sure the person himself/herself is not so low to perform such a thing but why even mention as a joke? Not just this but 2/3 other things...... I just dont know.

Re: Would it flatter you?

i c the taweez working if u think its flattering :D

Re: Would it flatter you?

Okay, so why are you feeling wierd? Stop being paranoid, have a firm belief in Allah and his commands, and that nothing can harm you if you have a strong imaan.

However, if you somewhat fancy the dude, then that's another issue altogether. :p

Re: Would it flatter you?

tis just a tacky pickup line..

Re: Would it flatter you?

I'd stay away from him

Re: Would it flatter you?

Taweez to make you say 'yes'? Sounds like a psycho.

God knows what else this person is capable of.

Re: Would it flatter you?

It would freak the **** outta me ... I would move to a different country or something

Re: Would it flatter you?

seriously man, who are these dumb and blind men who hit on you, TNWB? figments of your tiny aunty imagination?

Re: Would it flatter you?

:hehe: :k: ditto.

Re: Would it flatter you?

Suspicious or flattered: about taweez and related stuff?
It will be much better, just to quit and try to forget it.

These things are just some sort of magic (black or white), even if some people will let someone believe that this is religious and not bad. Almost all religions and societies condemn black magic and its practitioners. Any attempt to force your thoughts or intentions towards some one is just evil and must be discouraged. People who go for magic are very likely to go for some other criminal activities too to achieve desired results. Take a look at Gilles de Raise.

Black Magic

As for its success, almost everyone is doubtful about it, but it is bizarre to discover people who will still go for it any way. Taweez and similar sort of things fall into one of these two categories of magic.
image magick: Ancient form of magic whose basic principle is that “like produces like”–i.e., that a person or thing can be supernaturally affected through the name of, or an object representing, that person or thing. Specifically, it is a form of homeopathic magic (mimetic magic) that includes doll magic. Practitioners typically use “image dolls” (e.g., “voodoo dolls”): small clay, cloth, straw, waxen, or wooden representations of their targets. Apparently, image magick extends from black magic to “love magick” and white magic. For example, practitioners of white magic may use “image dolls” to effect healing or to increase fertility.
Intuitive Aura Reading: Component of Psychic Magic that allegedly enables users to read “subtle energy fields” surrounding people and places, and to intuit the “real” emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual states of anyone they meet.

Here are a couple of interesting documents on black magic and how to treat its practitioners psychologically:

Re: Would it flatter you?

“have a firm belief in Allah and his commands, and that nothing can harm you if you have a strong imaan.”

thanks cats, this gives me strength. and yes, i did like the guy cz of a simple heart you rarely see. not “made up” but original… but if what im doubting is true then it is not a kind of person you’d like to put your trust in, isnt it? what makes me doubt are a few things i have noticed. i would not like to believe this is true but i cant just be blind and let it happen, isnt it?

Starsky - some similar fear.

Sayonee - I’d like to but I cant do that :crying: five years ago my dad had advised me to apply for canadian immigration but i wasnt interested. i think it’s still not too late. i would also like to go back to pakistan but unfortunately my country does not like me enough to let me stay there for long.

queer - “dumb and blind”? no, not dumb and blind at all. im… so confused. i do wish they were figments of my imagination but they are not. ive tried to get away it’s not working.

umer.ashraf - thanks but that’s too much for me to read. at work now and have severe headache. is there a simple way to find out if this is spell? i feel like crying.

Re: Would it flatter you?

First of all this person definitely sounds like a psycho you don't need a second opionion to confirm that.

As far as taweez are concerned, I don't know if you but Jadoo/magic exists in Islam. Humara pyaare Rasool (PBUH) par bhi logoon ne jadoo kiya tha so these practices do exist.

Please stay away from such people as someone else mentioned if this person can use such ways to get to your heart is capable of much greater damage:)

Sometimes guys do use such silly pick up lines. When I was 17 years old and visiting family in Pakistan a guy very clearly said to me that he would have me kidnapped if i did not say yes to his proposal. That scared the life out of me and imagine he was an extended family. But I told my mom about what he had said and she gave him a piece of her mind and i have not seen him since.

So good luck and don't drink or eat anything from this person. Also, don't give him any of your personal belongings no matter how much he requests and bahanaas he makes.

And lastly, a person who prays five times a day has no effect of such magic. Keep your faith strong and leave the rest to Allah.

Re: Would it flatter you?

Then how did it work on Prophet Muhammad, may peace be upon him?

Re: Would it flatter you?

FF, The narrations that say Prophet Mohammad :saw: was under some magic spell for a period of time are TOTALLY FALSE. It is narrations like these that make me question them all.
