well babies skulls are soft and tend to be assymetric and have flat spots etc after sleeping on their back a lot, but provided the baby isnt lying down all the time, it will gradually round up nicely - there is absolutely no need to make a baby use a special rice pillow etc.

as for are babies born square headed, mmm.. wait till you have yours. many are born with funky conical heads, esp ones that have been thru long labor. but that is the way its meant to be.

My mum spent tons of effort on shaping my head apparently with a rice pillow. But that being said I literally get complements on my head shape, I can't really tell myself if my head is a good shape or not but I have noticed people with funky shaped heads especially when their hair is cut short (mostly guys) but you can tell with girls too based on how their hair grows.

The rice wala pillow is understandable ..but how can someone shape the nose??

If ppl are that bothered about nose shape or skintone wouldn’t it make more sense to just marry someone with those attributes

lol, i know a couple where the wife told me her MIL picked her to marry her son because she had a big/long nose! Her son's nose was small/flats and MIL wanted grandkids to have nice noses!!!
