**Age does not matter **

History has been created in the Corporate world today at Chennai when Sindhuja Rajaraman, a 14-year old girl has become the world’s youngest Chief Executive Officer of Seepan Company, the company which is dedicated to animation world and found by her father.

Sindhuja is having great talent in Animation and she had won many laurels so far. She was adjudged the fastest 2D and 3D animator by software lobby NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies) at the Gaming and Animation Conclave 2010 held in Hyderabad.

Re: World’s youngest C.E.O in India.

Amazing just amazing Well done :k:

Re: World’s youngest C.E.O in India.

Think everyone missed out this important bit here

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

She is the CEO of something her dad created and built up from the ground.

The stupidity on GS for some odd reason keeps surprising me.

Edit: LMAO! Riz beat me to it.

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

You are missing a point here.

(Sindhuja is having great talent in Animation and she had won many laurels so far. She was adjudged the fastest 2D and 3D animator by software lobby NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Services Companies) at the Gaming and Animation Conclave 2010 held in Hyderabad). She is not merely placed there but she has got a talent.

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

animation talent doesn't mean someone is fit to Run a business enterprise......may be R&D or other technical area.......its just her DAD basically :D

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

What Nomi said.

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

What the brathraan (rizla, nomica & CM) said.

Waise mujhay yaad agaya, There is this Pakistani guy in my town and he was just 13 when he became CEO (in his fathers company ofcourse) and aise hi i know many many under age CEO's who never made the headlines :p

Re: World’s youngest C.E.O in India.

So what’s the legal age limit for taxpayers/worker in India? :chai:

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

founding the business and actually keeping it up and running are two different things. any nomi, rizla, diya or CM can be the founder of a company :p but the actual talent is in how successful a person can make that business, the 14 yr old girl is doing just that.

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

Nisha you know utterly stupid that comment is. A 14 year old does not have the capacity to lead a damn girl's scout troop. She can't lead a company.

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

*Sindhuja has great talent in Animation and she had won many laurels so far. She was adjudged the fastest 2D and 3D animator by software lobby NASSCOM
*
the girl's in high school, a freshman, she's not a child
i'm guessing there might be an age restriction for starting a company so her father started the business for her but she's the one doing all the muscle work

plus it's probably not a one person business, she has hired help

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

Can a 14 year old guy launch a website at the age of 14 ,incorporated his company at the age of 14,making him the world's youngest CEO?Pls answer....

Re: World’s youngest C.E.O in India.

…

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

A ****ing 14 year old cat doesn't have the intellectual capacity to run a company. No 14 year old can do anything.

Re: World's youngest C.E.O in India.

There are always two outcomes of any decision: success or failure!

Obviously her dad should had taken that decision and just wanna try his daughter in the other areas too, no matter at early age because new generation has so many talents in other fields too, like mind sports (chess etc.)! Today's old big guns of mental sports took ages to achieve those feat! but you can see a lot of teenagers doing best at chess and other sports!

Running a business enterprise is also a mental activity.

So why don't u people just keep quiet and look at the new heights / downfall of the said company?? :@:

Re: World’s youngest C.E.O in India.

I actually met the guy at the event in UAE. Incredible achievement.

As for this girl, I can’t say the same. She didn’t do anything herself so I’m not going to give her the same respect as Suhas; who learnt everything and applied everything himself. But a pointer that he benefited by subcontracting work to Indian students and cheap labour in India itself. Either way, respect to the fellow.
