No one is here to undermine the success or talent of the girl.......not at all......
but making it sound as if being youngest CEO is something extra ordinary is being discussed..
when you think of a company..... the first reaction is of a big enterprise...not a sole proprietorship or something.....many kids that age are making money by running websites, writing articles, doing coding, or otherwise working online and stuff.......... just because this particular kid got a company incorporated and got a 'designation' of a CEO isn't anything too remarkable..... just because her dad got a company incorporated on paper doesn't make her achievements outstanding to other kids of the same age earning/doing business...
P.S...its not something against indians.....anybody who would boast an achievement by getting a CEO designation.
Think to when you were 14 year old. Do you think you could run a company? Manage accounts? Run an actual company. While the Kid GIDSA and others have mentioned must be brilliantly smart, he was helped all along the way with adults and others who knew how to manage stuff.
If people could run a company at 14 years old, why get an MBA. Just get a gifted youngster and hand over your company.
What kind of "talent" are we talking about here? This is not an Indian Idol competition. This is about the ability to lead a corporation for which you need the brainz, knowledge, qualifications and experience.... she doesn't even have any edumacation and you expect me to applaud the fact that she's a CEO... There's a reason why it takes even the highly qualified ones years to reach a management role!

Exactly, he had a lot of people to help him and guide him while he was growing up and working on his organisation. His story is still quite incredible; still took him until 17 to become a CEO. But I agree with the overwhelming majority when they say this girl doesn't deserve any accolades yet. She's smart and that really is all there is. She won't be making any decisions anytime soon.
I've been frequenting gaming forums for quite a while now. I had met someone there who had his own game development company while in high school, though I'm not sure how old he was at the time.
Media and digital world made kids older than their age. They already talk politics, sports, sex and now they will discuss business acquisition and mergers. Current scene of social media made the kids skip their carefreeness. i dont see "14 years old becoming CEO on her dad's foundation or a 13 years old grandmother" as an achievement, instead an end of time.
I had a company when I was just 17 - and I was the co-founder , CEO and CIO of that company … Sadly the company started in my garage didnt work out as Dell
I can't find any news coverage on this person ... NOT A SINGLE ONE.
There's a pic of a somewhat typical looking South Indian girl and youtube links all of which go to a half beat website and not a single validated news article. I wanted to see an interview of her and how she responds to interviews.
I'm beginning to feel this story is either made up or the Seppan company do not want official news coverage lest their fame is blundered ... If that company exists.
