yea dude Warren Buffet has an awesome personality. I've seen one of his interviews where he was attending some campus with Bill Gate.

Both are doing good things to help and give back to the community :biggthumb

Well..WIPRO's share has not gone up as much as that of Reliance Dude...
This KP Singh Dude is a builder and owner of company DLF.DLF IPO was a big event in India and it has grown zillion times to make him one of the richest man in world.

Tatas will never on that list and very small fraction of Tata congoloromate is really own by any Individual.

Whats with all those sheikhs? I cannot believe Sheikh of Dubai has less money and is never in top 10 or are they just left out of these rankings? WHere is Oracles Ceo? Where is Mr. Apple?

i guess due to increase in rupees we saw this huge jump in indian billionaires.. the list will only grow bigger in the future.... go india..

They are those whose capital worth can be counted because it mostly is in shares.

Many many people are even richer but their worth is incalcuble due to being in property and commodities such as arts.

Is there any Pakistani in the Billionaire Club? I'd have thought someone like Mansha may make it. Although the problem with Pakistani rich people is that they hide most of their money, or the money has dubious sources to begin with.

$1 billion loosely translates to 60 arab rupees (in Pakistan terms). Its quite a lot, even for guys like Zardari, Sharifs, Manshas, Chaudhries, Saigols, Habib's, Seth Abed's etc.

There are 53 south Asian.All of them Indian.

Two years ago half of the top 20 billionaires were from the US. This year, only 4 are from the US. Moscow, not New York, is now the number one billionaires capital of the world.

The list appears to name just individuals. Many smart billionaires tend to have trusts that would not appear on this list.
