Man With Plan:
I defined best in earlier post which is what one percieves as being the best and why so we can all get the idea why someone would consider one path as best than other.
Obviously the intention is not to get a final result which one is indeed best and perhaps thats why some are either hesitant or opposing the thread.

What are you afraid of telling us what you consider the best religon..just your opinion and whatever reason it maybe.
Using your own example why can't you say you think your "dad" is best?
Is your "dad" not the best in your opinion?? Lets hear how would you praise your "dad"!
How can I actually visualize or feel God? We know that scriptures tell us that as humans we do not have the physical capability to see God or feel God, and God is in nth dimension (We cannot see anything beyond the third dimension).
What is the ultimate Truth?
How can one realise the Truth?
Life after Death?
Where does Karma or Action fit into the human Cycle?
How much does "Gnana" or Knowledge contribute for realisation?
What is the role of "Bhakti" (there is no equivalent word for Bhakti in English).
Good points. I think if you do not find a word in english then you can still try explaining in simple words as you understand it.
Feeling God comes from realization that nothing we see around us is forever.
There is some force which is keeping it all together and organised.
(Some may say the Sun, world and moon are forever since we have not seen them destroyed YET!) There are reports which suggest Sun will lose its energy..........someday!
Also one can think of what is the purpose of life and what happenes when a person dies.
Is there a life after.......no answer if we use our brain.
Why bother if there is after-life?
Good question but then who am 'I' and what constitue a 'person-personality'? Just bunch of chemicals grouped together or something unseen like;
Thoughts.
Nightmares (giving person increased heartbeat in physical form)
Emotions
memory etc.
This all with physical form constitue a 'person'. But all of it is temporary so there is something more long lasting.
We have a great example of cloning in which just a chemical structure can start life outside the animal/human being (to be proven)

But even cloning cannot make the same 'person' since the physical form will have different 'personality' based on its experiences and learning)
So when one dies, the whole personality dies with its good and bad deeds(actions).
Ultimate truth:
....... is obviously ultimate, and one can come to being close to finding it but human being may never actually know it.
What is expected of human being is to keep struggling for betterment and use any means available or 'create' means for it...like travel outside the bounds of this earth to see the organised system of objects.

I think if I remember (someone can correct me), a man came to Ali (RAA) and asked how much control one has on his/her destiny?
Ali (RAA) asked the man to lift one leg off the ground..and the person did.
Now Ali (RAA) asked to lift the second leg. Obviously he could not. I think Ali (RAA) said you are only responsible for what you can actually do or along the same line.
A mentally handicapped is not responsible of his/her actions in Islam.
(So it means even infront of Allah, the insanity plea works!:) )
........Realisation of truth is a blessing which many may never get since they do not struggle for it.
Many religions explain these things somewhat similar way but I think Islam gives best answers.
As mentioned earlier that the followers of each faith will find there own faith the best... its all about opinions because they find that there faith is the best because they believe in it.
So i think everyone will know my answer... Sikhi, just like the Muslims would choose Islam, and the Hindu's the Hindu dharam. And the answer to the why question is because i believe in it... and it makes sense of my life.. which is why i label my self a Sikh (even though im not sure if i can label myself a Sikh... coz im not a proper practising Sikh).

Paaji/ penji i think you maybe referring to the turban there... if im not mistaken that is also required for Muslims also because i think i remember reading a passage in the Quran... talking about wearing the turbans unlike the one's before you (because i think the Bible also says Christians should wear turbans also if i remember correctly which most Christians dont even know about).

to the above question... lol i should be revising but i end up posting alot... and i think im going to fail my exam lol... but anyways my answer to the question why Sikhi gives me peace is because:
Im gonna quickly some it up lol coz otherwise i wouldnt never get any revision done and ive got loads of h/w for tomorow....
I believed in every faith when i was young... but then i started doubting Sikhi... and i was gonna convert to Islam and started seeing non-Muslims as sinners... and then i had my 'experience' which made me go back to Sikhi... and then i studied Sikhi quite deep (but i forget half of the things- bad memory and coz of the circumstances). And i feel at bliss when i listen to Sikhi prayers... and its teachings make sense to me. And i really feel that im communicating with God with these prayers (i only can recite the mool mantra off by heart... but i listen to alot of Sikh prayers).
And God has protected me alot of circumstances which im not going to talk about.
But that was very brief... and there is alot more to it and it wasnt just as simple as that... and everything i done i was actually serious about it... even though the breif summary makes me sound very stupid.
And i love everything about Sikhi and there is no part which i think is the best... coz i think every part is the best.

Before I posted I did make sure what you had written. You posted critic to the thread everywhere. In post 28 you said yours is best............that doesn't count. Told you you would still be shy!
Its hard for me to be 'nasty' so don't include me in it!
Islam is the best & true religion...
-has proven facts in it from various fields of science including astronomy to the water cycle, no other scripture can compete with it in this aspect.
-tells to be good, honest, modest like everyother faith but explains how to achieve those traits.
-Under scientific scrutiny, no errors can be found, some things are yet to be verified by science but cannot be proven wrong.
-Looked at other Mono-theistic religions and Islam is clearly the true religion, which would explain it being the fastest growing religion in the world.
-Sikh, Christian, & Hindu brothers look into it and its teachings, trust me, it'll change your views, I'll pray for you.
