^^First of all you need to do yoga for 5 days from 11:47 pm - 12:39 am.
Then stand on your one leg for three days after you have done yogo. You can pick any time.
Once you are done with that, turn on your computer and then check if you have windows media player ( if link is for media player ). If you dont have windows media player, then go back and do yogo for another 2 days then come back and install it, copy the link provided in the URL option of media player and then click ok.
