When you see batsmen like Kohli, with what face do people support losers like Afridi and Shehzad? Big freaking deal if these guys score in every 15th game, even broken a clock is right twice in a day.
I’m sorry if you can’t rise to the occasion when it matters the most, then all your stats are absolutely worthless. Big players win you big matches.

Indian chase in 15 overs tell the entire story. Overall, I’ll blame the batsmen once again rather than bowlers. They didnt give a good score for bowlers to defend. So they are to blame first. But India would have won either way. Afridi eleven will never win against India.
I so wana know who decided to go for four pacers and drop Emad? I keep on repeating same in every match being played in India, Pakistan DOESNT NEED more than two fast bowlers. Period. But I guess its Afridi’s wisdom that either he doesnt like another allrounder or wut, we are stuck with the policies that are probably made in drawing-room rather than after analyzing the pitch and conditions.

it was a bowling pitch, and then it became a batting pitch when pakistani were bowling.
Pakistani bowlers can only bowl SHORT AND WIDE to the batting, even Bangladesh managed to make 140+ against them…Pak bowlers can’t take wickets at all, well how do they when its short and wide, or on the leg side. And so many wides.
i think Pak seriously needs to find some Sikhs who can bat well, from Nankana or something. It’s the only hope.

Pakistan need to stop relying on their bowling, except Amir, it’s nothing so out of the world. Yesterday likes of Styen got hit all over the park. So for God sake, get out of 80s mentality and realise that cricket today is heavily in favour of the batters. You need to produce proper batsmen, yes proper batsmen who perform consistently. Cannot have fantasies of defending low total again and again and again.
Even a country like Bengladesh has found a classy proper batsman of an opener like Tamim who bravely faces world class bowling attacks and scores run against them, and we continue to rotate around garbage like Sharjeel, Manzoor, Shehzad who can be seen pissing in their pants from the TV screens, and you think bowlers don’t see that.

I guess the 1 match we were to win was already happened (against Bangladesh).
If Pak lose against NZ its curtains for this campaign as well, better confirm those tickets after group stage.

Afridi’s captaincy was poor. He allowed Kohli-Yuraj partnership to flourish by coming on to bowl himself after Sami took those two wickets. He should have gone straight to Wahab at that stage. And when will he learn the art of containing singles whilst fielding? If you set a field to stop boundaries then you are done as a team. This is minnow mentality.
