Is that you, good chapter?

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

Lets discuss Pakistan's strategies:

Whether batting first or second, its very very important for the top order to perform. Unfortunately seeing Shahzad's track record, its not realistic to expect him to score in two back-to-back scores but lets see. Hoping Sharjeel to stay there a little longer. Similarly umar akmal should perform too.
Ofcourse if Pakistan loses wickets early then we wont see afridi coming up either. It'll be malik early and hopefully he'll manage to hang around.

Quite sure Pakistan will retain the same side. Though I keep repeating we dont need three fast bowlers.

Pakistan is looking invincible. India has no chance in this match.

@ehsan bhai

Please delete this post and ban Mr.Southe till the match have its result...same for D6C...

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

Sharjeel needs to show that he is worth his place in the side. A longer stay at the wicket will be a good start. Domestic record counts for nothing once you have been given chances at international level. Umar Akmal and Shehzad may be inconsistent and at times reckless but both have scored runs and won games for Pakistan in both ODI and T20.

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

You have to pick the side according to the pitch and opposition. Against India I would probably go with Wahab but against Australia and NZ, I agree two pacers are enough and Nawaz could be tried

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

There is more danger to the team if D6C watches. :nahi:

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

Wahab will be helpless against india.

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

I agree, poor shot selection was what took Indians down against kiwi team..
They can hammer three spiners, plus Wahab can bat a bit...and Shoaib Malik is there to chip in if required.

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

if we feel pessimistic, there is a reason.. our team has disappointed us for 40 years. No single win against India in any world cup T20 or T50. That is pathetic. we have even defied the Murphy law. I cannot even remember all those prayers, wazeefas, that we fans did for all these years and the result has been ZERO.

if you dont win when it matters, who cares about all other worthless wins in sharja and whatnot. India is a much better team on paper, plus on their homeground and they are much much much stronger mentally, so it will be a miracle if Pak wins. I am just being honest.

Will watch Pak vs Ind women game today. I prefer women's company anyway!

I have no sympathies for our men cricket team whatsoever against india anymore. They need to create some memories for us to earn our trust, faith and love instead of keep on losing like losers for 40 years. Go to Hell Green Shirts as far as I am concerned.

I know I will be lectured on positivism, then I will be cursed and finally will be asked to be thrown out of this forum by few guppies but I stand behind my words.

Re: World T20 2016 | India v Pakistan | 19th March 2016

It may be india's homeground technically, but Pakistan has won every single india-pak match on this particular ground.

And Pak team isnt weak by any stretch, just haphazard - indians are more professional these days. If Pakistan clicks, they can easily win.

But I will be watching the women's match as well. :D
