Man I have been looking for the pics all over the net but I just can't find some for a long long time, cricinfo only has pictures from 97 and after.

Man I really felt for the Kiwis in this world cup... I mean they were winning all their first 7 games until Pakistan defeated them at their own venues...
Yeah not one but 2 games, but reason for most of their wins were their small grounds, remember how many 4s and 6s Miandad and Crowe hit in the semi final and the match before.
I think that was Pakistan's best performance in the whole tournament.
Newzeland scored like 260+ and then Miandad played a great inning and then Moin Khan came in the end and hit couple of six.
But the best moment of the match was when Aaqib Javed took the wicket of Greatbatch with extremely slow delivery which completely beat the batsman.

Aaqib did an amazing job in the world cup, that was his best tournament after sharjah, even though we sorely missed Waqar...
Aaqib Javed who I still consider Pakistan's 2nd best fast bowler, unfortunatly, as he got older his bowling class went down unlike wasim.

Umair, he didnt seem that fast... After the 92 world cup, and that tour with england (where he had a fight with umpire roy palmer) he just lost it...
SPock I'm not talking about his pace but generalizing him as fast bowler category.

How can you guys forget South Africa?
Under whatever system they had, South Africa had to get 22 runs from 1 ball due to rain, after they were cruising towards a finals berth with 13 balls remaining! Thank God Duckworth/Lewis came along! I seriously believe Paksitan didn't stand a chance had South Africa gone through. Yet, the '92 Pak team remains my fav!
