how about that, i have asthma too. but since i’ve started working out my inhaler use have decreased from usual 6 inhales per day to 1 inhale per day.
few weeks ago i red an article that working out/exercising/jogging and eating clean really helps to boost lungs performance and makes them stronger. this article was directed towards asthma patients and recovering lung cancer patients and recovering chain smokers…

mine isn’t too bad. But I have no idea where my inhaler is so I have been getting by without it. The other day I had to take a break while working out becaues I couldnt breathe.
