my hubby has a prominent 6 pack and only plays cricket now, he doesn’t work out daily as he used to. it’s because he hardly has any body fat though (normal diet). we know from the past experience that with just about a month or so of a bit of focussing on them and he ends up with a brad pitt in fight club physique.
i imagine daily manual work would give the muscles required as well.

Well probably coz he might not have fats stored in the body eh..!
