Working on Six Packs..

Sup all ya!. It’s been a while since i have started my six pack workout. I understand making packs can be difficult but rewarding. So i have been trying to loose fat and build muscle as a first step so far..it is going well. So this is the thread..where i like to discuss with like-minded individuals who either already have packs or are in process. Share any workout and dieting tips..

Re: Working on Six Packs..

I’ve drawn up a 26 step abs exercise plan - that I have not even used myself yet … :bummer:

However … I feel the key is that you need to trim away external fat at the waist in order to reveal the muscles below … most often than not people who already hit the gym have the muscles for the 6 pack but they are hiding under a tyre at the wasitline.

Three types of exercise for the waist include:

Core exercises, Abs exercises and finally fat busting exercises including as you have mentioned a low fat diet.

Re: Working on Six Packs..

I almost had a visible six pack last summer, but then I started eating.

Re: Working on Six Packs..

I’ve naturally built six packs, even I am not going gym continuously. You can say its God gifted :mash:

If you have lot of fats then first try to burn your fats then go for next step.

Re: Working on Six Packs..

The best way to burn fats is thru aerobic exercise :cobra: I ll advised you to do these aerobic exercises, brisk walking, running, swimming and cycling etc

Re: Working on Six Packs..

Dude..i do tons of these exercises and i am very active. But i was trying to see if i can do more dieting to get rid of any extra fat. And how can ya have six packs even ya don't go to gym continuously. This is not even possible. Unless ya're dieting plan is like what M posted..

Re: Working on Six Packs..

^Ditto, a 6-pack isn’t genetic or appears out of no where. You have to work your butt off to get it. Thankfully, being a girl I think 6-packs are gross on girls so no worry about that. I like being…PLUMPEH.

Re: Working on Six Packs..

Yap..exactly it takes a lot to do work on abs. So ya're chubby eh??

Re: Working on Six Packs..

LOL, no! I meant I like having some body fat because I don't like the look of girls where they have Michelle Obama/Madonna arms with all that definition. I like to look more curvy and perhaps even "fuller" than lean and uber-skinny.

Re: Working on Six Packs..

Ya are ideal then i tell ya this much. Girl should have curves ya know for sure!

Re: Working on Six Packs..

Don’t ya know??? All celebs/models have naturally 6 pack abs!

Considered P90X? the reviews all say that if you follow the program, you will get very very ripped. worth a shot?

Re: Working on Six Packs..

sup sara. Programs like P90X works but i ain't paying penny for something that i can find out ya know..

Re: Working on Six Packs..

:smack2: it seems you ve never seen labor or farmers in Pakistan. They ve never seen gym but their work help them to work out with their Ab.
I’m just remembering one of my friend who came from Abroad and he was stunned to see one of labor man in my town who ve never seen Gym but had nice built muscles.
At initial stage body builders ll never advised you to exercise on daily basis. Another thing you ve seen many people who eat a lot but their weight never increase in other hands you can see some people who ate Paratha’s only for one week and their weight increased 1~3 Kg. So all these things are natural :cobra:

I’m eating 3 paratha’s daily in my break fast but my weight is constant from last last 5 years.

Re: Working on Six Packs..

^Then you, my friend, are an exception. And I do know labour does give definition but it won't give you chiseled abs.
