I think it should be Mrs choice if she wants to work then by all means but if she wants to stay at home that's her choice,
There are some ladies out there who work initially but when they start family they give up their job to give full attention to their kids.
I have 2 of my cousins, they were working before their marriage and once they got marriedthey continued working but one of them had kids she took career break and she kids are in nursary and she statrted working again part time.
Other cousin she started a different career where she is her own boss and works hours that suits her.
