Women's sports

Women’s sports are boring and networks waste time by putting them on TV. I watch cricket and baseball for power hitting and 100mph fastballs, and basketball for its spectacular atheltecism and dunks, and Football for the amazing feats of dexterity (as well as american football and other sports).

Women’s sports are just not entertaining and I feel the real reason they are on tv is relaly for political correctness.

\end rant.

Re: Women's sports

You clearly havnt seen any ladies play Tennis have you!

They are definitely boring and the women are so muscular, it’s like :bummer:

But, as they say to the men “We can do anything you can do better, we can do anything better than you” :halo:

Re: Women's sports

There is perhaps a good reason why sports*man* is a proper word and sportswoman is a mere derivation. Playing sports is just another tactic some feminists have come up with to get on men's (and a lot of proper women's) nerves. Some of those *women athletes *belong in freak shows. Women should stick to doing what they are naturally built and programmed to do.

Re: Women's sports

So you are saying that a women have no athletic ability and thus shouldn't do any sports?

Let the ladies play :emmy:

All their hard word and effort - people should appreciate!

I agree some time guys Tannis is less fun.
I remember that Russian dude, who use to have like half a million aces in one match.
No rallies or any thing wasn't too much fun watching,

Re: Women's sports

Take a look at girls'/ladies' gymnastics...if you can call that boring then you have other issues going on. Also, swimming, diving, sailing, rowing, golf, basketball...these are sports in which women can really excel in a way thats very exciting to watch. Theres even a gal NASCAR race-car driver these days!

For sure, I dont agree with some of the more flagrantly liberal gals who want equal air-time for sports like football and - horror of horrors - boxing.

But surely there are many women's sports which can be riveting to watch and root for.

heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
boxing is beautiful!!!

Re: Women's sports

omg, sure, lets watch 2 gals punching the heck outta each other....sheesh, I cant stand watching the men inflict brain damage upon each other but somehow its far worse watching women do it.

Re: Women’s sports

hmmmmmmm

yeah its not good for brain, thats why I quit.

guess what :lifey: i managed to safe half of my brain.

Re: Women's sports

Yes, some of the women's sports aren't bad for some eye candy. But I'd rather stick with the good old Bay Watch if it comes to that.

Women have killed the whole adrenaline rush element from the sports. What an execution! Perhaps they should stick to badminton, gymnastics and swimming etc. and stay out of the manly sports.

no. i think they should play whatever they want. i feel the tv networks really aren't interested in showing women's team sports but do it anyway. its entirely boring, and i would rather watch the same verison of a match at a highschool or primary school and get better action.

i think thats one of the reasons why no women's leagues have ever been able to establish, while singular players like women golfers and tennis players have made a name for themselves.

you F-en kidding me ???

dude how come we haven’t met??? Dude one you and me sit together watch Bay-watch dirnk some Non-alchohlic beer.
And talk heart to heart. :lifey:

:hehe: Dude, you are my lost brother, I always say! high 5

Re: Women’s sports

I know man I know!!! :lifey:

Re: Women’s sports

Where is my lost sister?

Someone find her for me too. :frowning:

Maybe you should not waste any more brain cells watching sports and just read a book.

Women sports are swimming, gymnastics or bellerina or ice skating oh they look so pretty. But I don't like too manly sports in ladies like basketball because those ladies look like men to me I don't know why, but there is no feminine touch in the ladies who play manly sports.

Congratulations - You just won yourself a ticket to Ms. Olympia 2009, unless you prefer women's wrestling?

There is a not-so-fine line between women's sports and freak shows, that should not be crossed.
