Oh and since you're hellbent on only talking about the intoxicated women, let's just clarify rape here: non-consensual sex. What difference would it make if she was in her senses or not? Do you think if she was in her senses and said "NO" that would stop someone from raping her in that particular situation?

Why does it matter if she was drunk anyway? It wouldn't make a difference.

What you're basically saying is, women need to be just drunk enough to know what's going on around them but still have a little buzz, flirt enough as to have the men interested in them- but not enough to rape them...um no. I'm confused. Or are you saying they shouldn't be drinking and going out at all?
