First you say it's not their fault, then you say they need to take some blame. Why? Just because someone is vulnerable doesn't make it okay to take advantage of them. It wasn't the girls fault some guy decided to take advantage of her while she wasn't in her senses. If he hadn't done that, the only thing she'd regret would be getting drunk, not getting drunk and raped
In some cases, it IS their fault as well as the rapist's. I don't think women are so naive that they think they can just walk around skimpily dressed and drunk out of their minds late at night and expect to be safe. You need to be cautious and protect your own self. Do notice that I am talking about rapes happening with JUST drunken women here.
