Of course one should be cautious and careful regarding everything in life. No one is denying that a girl walking around drunk in a parking lot all alone is not being careless...but to use the word "blame" for her and impose a 'partial blame' on her for getting raped?? Nope, that is not right.
Yes she is careless, yes she should be more careful but no one has the right to violate her body. When she is drunk, she is not causing harm to anyone but herself (unless she is driving but that's a different topic). When a guy rapes a girl, he is causing trauma to the girl and he should get the entire blame. We are not discussing being careful or cautious. We are discussing blame. And no one but the rapist is to be blamed for his atrocious act.
