How would you know 30 years down the road that your affair at the age 17 was indeed a ‘true love’ and not your teenage hormones kicking in? But more importantly,
The claim is presented as some kind of a positive trait, like to show that how loyal women are in nature. To me its nothing short of pure disloyalty, especially when that woman is married to another guy and already have 3 kids with him.
What is ‘forget’? We never forget any important event of our life anyways. Its always living in our mind. So such claim is bogus as it has nothing to do with loyalty (even if my point #2 is incorrect) but with memory. Its like men claiming that ‘men never forget their first 3 piece suit’. WTH.
Yup...women have a sharp memory. The haathi that is Nomi can relate :p.
Fair enough. But then it means that they should remember all of their affairs - true and untrue, both. If they are conveniently forgetting their untrue ones, then they are hypocrite.
All men could benefit from a gender change operation in that they'll actually have a heart for the first time in their lives. :) :) Oh and a brain too.
I think the statement that women never forget their first true love is one of those illogical Bollywood type statements. What first love? What true love? So women actually sit down and analyze what make their love for someone true or first?
Please. I think it's women who don't have much going on in their lives, or women who are generally not satisfied with their current lives and looking for "secrets" who end up making such statements.
