Personally my issues with this is more single guy in Darfur with a hot woman I work with then that or religion. If it was an issue of religion, we wouldn't be discussing this, I would have already poked my eyes out :D

we've had quite a few of such women at motorola. one was especially liberal with her dress. my co-worker [a chinese] used to tell me that as the summer becomes hotter and warmer, her [the other lady] dress will become shorter and tighter. and boy was she right or what. highlite was the day when she wore shorts and a tanktop to work. that day the temperature went up by almost 100 degrees.

Hmmm....Saieen you are one lucky or unlucky man depending on how your day went. As for eye candy yeah it is definitely nice to have some around. Makes life so much easier if a cute girl just has lunch with you.

well never had lunch with her...but def had many chances to have dinner with her but i always refused. we used to carpool to our headoffice in downtown and my car was too old to go all the way to downtown. so she said i pay her $20/week and she'll take me to downtown and bring back as well and then i'll take my car from work place and go home. few times we came back very late and she offered me to stay for dinner at her place but i always said no. i don't feel comfortable eating when i have ppl around me. i like to eat alone in my room.

It's probably driving her crazy that you aren't giving her the attention that she's used to. redvelvet pretty much shared my sentiments exactly. She's probably very intrigued by you just because you aren't flocking to her like the rest of them.
Anyway, since you're tempted to look (which is quite natural. Even women are guilty of looking at other women, although our motivations might not be the same) you must do it when she is not paying attention.
Get it over with, but don't let her see you doing it! That way you can keep it professional and get the whole hormones thing over it. Now, if you really want her to like you. Make sure she sees you flirting with one of the other good looking girls who aren't dressed quite as she is. That will drive her crazy.
Essentially yes, you're manipulating this woman. But any girl who is dumb enough to fall for a guy who ignores her, deserves it!
