Re: Women; bolder than men?
I guess its a good thing in a way.
Sometimes though, its nice to take a different perspective because you may not realize you’re being irrational. There are moments when a person is being unreasonable and doesnt know it…**in such cases a friend steps in **(at least mine do Alhumdulillah whether I want to hear it or not) to let you know where you’re going wrong. A good friend will do that at least.
going on that note, guys also avoid doing that, so much so that even when there is something obviously going wrong with their buddy, they feel hesitant to point that out. I know that is not a good thing but it does happen.

Re: Women; bolder than men?
When it comes to discussing real life situations, be them health related, relationships issues or others, I notice that ladies start threads of more personal nature than guys. I mean I have not seen (hardly seen) a thread started by a guy discussing his feuds with his BIL or discussing his last prostrate exam with other guys and asking for their opinion.
Are we more reserved, keeping our private stuff to ourselves or you think that guys don’t find such topics discussion worthy as they don’t like to take advices?

Re: Women; bolder than men?
I havent really seen many men ask for advice…
Women tend to need validation of their feelings and men dont really have feelings to validate…okay Im joking about the latter part.
Seriously though…I think guys are more private about their lives.
Totally agreed =)

Re: Women; bolder than men?
***Maybe men don’t think they need to ask for advice as they feel it makes them appear indecisive or weak . …
As far as discussing things of a personal nature though I don’t believe there is no one they discuss it with…there is always one particular person that a guy does do to discuss personal problems , issues or ask for advice !!! ***

Well, it does not take a genius to realize that Ben was not a woman or Ben would be suggesting to vent it out

We are more reserved as in we don’t tell stuff everyone.
But as in keeping it all in? I don’t think so. I think there is one/TINY amount of person(s) that every guy has who he can talk to everytime about anything.

Or you can use our Health and Fitness forum right here to share all your personal health problems, I am sure the Mods there are very helpful
As for specific problems I don’t know, I guess it differs from each person but everyone should have atleast one person who they can go and rant to!
