Ideally she should message you all the time, you reply when you feel like.
Annoying.. but thats how it works.
But on the other hand if you find a girl.... who likes you.. but dont talk to you all the time...
consider your self lucky.

Text her something that's more interesting and attention grabbing than the trite "Hi. How are you?"...that'll compel her to respond faster.
Better yet...why don't you just call her. Try hearing an actual voice. With delayed texts it's harder to tell if the other person is really busy or just not interested in talking...there's just greater room for assumptions and misunderstandings with texts. If you hear her voice, her tone will let you know more clearly whether she's interested or not. If she's only answering with 1-2 word responses and not asking you any questions..Or if you feel that it's mostly you carrying the conversation, them she's not that interested. So, try calling and u'll get a better idea and can move on if she's not that into u.

Text her "What time is it?" hopefully she will reply quickly
and if her replied text is 30 seconds or more later than the timestamp of original message, dump her (it will be a blessing in disguise............................................................for her)

Have you ever asked if she prefers texting or calling? Some people are just not made for texting.
Otherwise I agree with Mirch and OneYourMomWarnedAbt, it doesn't look too good. I admit, I am that type of person who doesn't always text back sometimes for hours not because I don't want to but because I don't always carry my phone with me but if I was talking to a marriage prospect and liked them then I would always make the effort to have my phone nearby.
