So all the non muslims who have beard should be considered Muslims and all the Muslim men who do not have beard should be considered non Muslims. What kind of logic is it ?
You just put words in my mouth. I did not say that and sorry if I was not clear. I am saying that the beard is a one thing that we can use to get closer to the way of our Rasool (pbuh).
chanda_kh, look at it this way, we dress up for that job interview do we not? so if we can dress up as our Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) did then what's the big deal.
now you guys are just bringing arguments with no weight "bearded maulvis who molest children", you find clean savhen priests who molest children too....
at the end of the day there is no ONE solid argument that says beard is unimportant.
on the other hand yes one does not need a beard to be a true believer.
