Momin men and Momin women are helpers of each others.
Like during wars Momin women used to give water to injured na-mehram momin men, ( Kindly correct me if I am wrong) so according to the situation, if one's intentions are sincere and positive and if one doesn't cross the limits set by the ultimate Lord, the right step should be taken for the benefit of both genders.
