The way I see some people here in the west comparing women and men in “every” single thing, I think they are trying to disturb the balance created by the ultimate Lord through nature.
I agree that a man and a woman should have absolutely EQUAL “rights” in everything. Also there are respective benefits and draw backs for both the genders depending upon the situations and the nature of their respective duties, BUT
I don’t understand why should the dress of a man be compared to a woman when their physical body is different. I heard some people saying that if a man can walk/swim without a shirt, so can a women ?!?!
Some people saying that after marriage a man should take care of the child and a woman should go to work ??!? without considering that a man is blessed with relatively more physical strength to do out door activities and a woman is blessed with relatively more patience in dealing with a child.
The way everytime I hear something new, I feel that if God had given them a chance they would have also started to question the intentions of God by asking from Him questions like these :
“Why were all the men prophets ? All women should have been prophets and all men should have remained at home. Why are men physically strong to do constructions and labour, why not women should do this. Why does a woman has to keep a baby in her womb for 9 months, and why does she has to feed milk to the child while men don’t have to do any such thing. It should be the men who should do all this stuff for the child. Why do women have monthly periods, men should have monthly periods…etc”.
^ Thanks God, God has not given this power to “those” people, otherwise “they” seem to have even tried that and would have done everything opposite to the system of the nature, which they presently seem to be trying to their level best. They are de-grading, abusing, insulting, presenting them as sexual object and making fun of the graceful gender called “woman” in all possible ways specially through media.
I am not against education and working of women, but why does it seem that in most cases this has been done at the cost of “something” which kept a high status and respect of women since 100 years from now and before, WOMEN, who were the symbol of modesty, grace, bashfulness, haya, decency, sincerity, love and NO one had the right to look at her as a sexual object or something like a decoration piece has now been persuaded to get education by leaving her most valuable and precious treasure of her life.
Why isn’t women been given the right of education without de-grading her in all ways ??
p.s. I am not talking about specific cases but most cases in the world.
