Wrong assumption so whole theory is wrong - In west not only a man can abandon his wife, but a woman can abandon her husband. I do not have any data, but I think the latter happens more often

i agree ...provided the marriage "really" takes place between a man and woman in a church....and i think no need to tell that how much "such " marriages actuallty take place in west ...usa...and scandenevis...europe etc..
