When we work on the same routine for a long duration, our body becomes accustomed to is and it fails to be effective.
There is always a need for change......

I really have shaped up in the last few months.
Just need a bit more toning and some more weight loss and I'll be all set.
I actually am very very happy. :)

im a huge fan on windsor pilates...i bought the complete set...the accelerated one is awesome.
