Walking 40 miles or 60 kilometer a day...with intense speed and heavy duty activities inbetween... eat as much as you can...do it at least for 6 months...you will never regain your lost weight back...fact!

PS: Extremely over-weight people should perform the above-mentioned activity with a blanket around them...hmmmmmmm
