Yet the reality is they tend to get introduced to guys who are less on all 5 counts and then told that their expectations are too high when they want some who is their equal on at least some counts.
so where are the guys that are equal to you?? they must exist somewhere or not??

^ Of course there are and I've met some nice guys (and some not so nice guys) who were better than I am on all of those counts. But that's a list - and like D6C said, those are want to haves and not must haves, but at least it gives some common ground for two strangers.
What a list like that fails to explain is that for the "right" guy, most girls would overlook a lot of those requirements, but to make someone the right guy, you need to believe that life with them would be better without them.
