These days finding someone with a normal pulse can be hard!

Some of these guys are like walking heart attacks - in their 30’s, obese, already diabetic and hiding it during the rishtaa parade. My cousin married this guy who within 2 years had his first heart attack - she’s been on him since to slim down. I have a BMI of a solid 25, and I’m trying to BRING THAT DOWN, mind you , and he’s giving me advice on how to eat a healthier breakfast.

yah 25 is overweight isn’t it? perhaps you should reconsider what the guy said.
