I mean, they are still hunting nazis from ww2, so what's wrong in prosecuting war crimes from BD in 1971?
but as Teggy remarked, you cannot just go sue an entire army in general. The ivestigation should focus on the leaders and the senior officers
And what about the atrocities the Mukhti Bahini commited.............Pakistan Army came in responce to the rebellion of Mukhti Bahini.........:(
