^ Build all these dams! No body is opposing Bhasha or Munda or Akori dam. Please let poor Punjabi and Sindhi farmers get irrigation water from Kalabagh! It is a natural site and can be built with least damage to the environment compared to other dams.

Can Pakistan match the amounts these ‘nationalists’ receive from India for opposing it?

I think that is a classic excuse by KBD apologists, one dam or nothing and anyone opposing it must be a “ghaddar”. For the record it wasn’t the ANP that opposed the dam first.although they now get the credit/blame ..it was GENERAL and Governor Fazle Haq who first opposed it

The pro KBD lobby in pakistan has never allowed a single other dam to be constructed in pakistan once KBD was stopped except for Ghazi barotha. Leave KBD aside how much flooding could have been prevented by desilting the existing canals and dams?
