Hubby bought this over the weekend..and its loadsa fun! We sit there cracking up watching each other..
dnt knw if it makes u lose weight, but its fun and at same time its better than sitting in one place watching tv...it makes u sweat a bit..so it must be doing something..but i think im going to keep up with using treadmill aswell..
but definitely worth buying if ur committed 2 using it that is

Niki, we bought the Wii console based on your reviews. We got Wii Fit, Sports, and Play first and I just love Wii Fit…it is so much fun. I have been working out for 11 days now. My hubby was hooked too until he bought Super Mario Galaxy CD and now won’t take a break from playing that game! 
I would recommend Wii Fit to anyone!

I bought it recently and thought its good....i was tired after 10 mins lol..
but to be truthful, isnt it just like watching an aerobics video?
Has anyone lost any weight from using this regularly?
