Depends upon what’s driving your question.

If you want to know if an investment in a relationship will lead to marriage, then it all depends upon you.

It boils down to three most important things, Status of ur family in community you live in, your earning or earning potential and looks. If you have all three, you will have a pretty big pool of women to choose from. Then you look for what exactly are you looking for in a wife.

If all you are looking for is a naik Parveen, who will not look at another man, then this is a defeatist attitude to begin with.

When you can imagine your life with her. Doesn’t matter caste, upbringing, what she studies, if she plans on working etc, complexion, # of previous rishtas/bfs etc.
