One of my friend consumes more time wandering outside the house rather than spending time with wife and parents. He was married one year ago but his routine did not change. Once I advised him to manage time properly by spending it with his family but he replied 
. There is nothing special in the house my wife is not worth of beauty that I spend my time with her. I m very desperate. My parents must have searched for a beautiful one as I. I dont wana go home until she got slept. My friend is a handsome boy. I have not seen his wife. she might not b pretty but she holds the status of his wife and deserves time and care from hubby.
Purpose to post it here is to get suggestions from u how can I convince my friend and secondly have u ever experienced such how u dealt with it?

I really wonder why don’t some guys have guts to say NO to their parents for a rishta which they don’t like for whatever reason.
Don’t tell me he saw his wife for the first time after the nikah only

Exactly Ashy sister he really saw his wife after marriage, atleast he told me so, there was no mangni ceremony and after selection of bahoo marriage ceremony was celeberated. there were two obvious reasons for this because bahoor was finalised in january last year so first mangni and then waiting for marriage meant next year or atleast december because in Pakistan there iz not a big trend to marry in summer and second reason was cost of mangni because it costs around 40 to 50k on mangni.

Well, he needs to act like a chivalrous man and should treat his wife with love and dignity. I'm guessing he's under the age of 26? Hence the immature attitude?

so 40/50 are more precious than an innocent girl's life which your friend and his family are ruining?

this figure might not be enough for u or some one else but means a lot to poor or even lower middle class family. secondly when marriage ceremony was decided to be celeberated within next month then no justification remained for holding mangni ceremony.

He couldn't even see the pic before shadi? Which part of Pakistan does he belong to? What kind of parents does he have? What kind of parents does the girl have, they didn't bother that the guy didn't see the girl? Sab garbar hai boss....

i m nt saying whether they shud have had a magni or not, my point is just that rushing into marriage and then making the other person's life hell cuz of it is simple wrong. No reason can be valid for it, 40/50 k or 10000000000k... we r talking about somebody's life here.

Sister he does not belong to a village or some remote locations he belongs to a big city but I think that u never visited Pakistan or has little knowledge about its culture or traditions. Even I did not see my wife before mangni. Mangni in our tradition means a confirmed nikkah to much extent. meaning that after mangni when I saw my wife picture I could not reject her just because of beauty because my parents have selected the girl on my behalf and thats it. But that does not mean that I was also rewarded with some non beautiful wife. I m jut ellaborating tradition.
