Ofcorse ^^ Islam does Not allow wife beating but if in extreme circumstances .. only to the extent that you hit so gently that it does not leave a mark ..and in ahadith of Prophet SAW ..example given is to hit using a 'miswaak' - a smal branch of tree used to clean teeth .. and ''NOT'' cricket or baseball bat ..

lol … well I only say this ..cos i ve heard of stories ..where a husband use chappals, bats and what not to beat their wives .. but the funniest one was that a kid who used to come to our mosque .. he was very very naughty ..and he was very scared of his dad … so when ever he used to be naughty .. i would scare him that am gona tell your dad ..but one day i asked him .. why are u so scared ..and he told me that dad beats me up with my own cricket bat ..and sometimes if mum helps me out .. dad beats her up too lol ..

but there are cruel and animal-ized ppl out there who have no respect for human life…and still think that they exist in the pre-Islam times where women were beaten and used as mere objects for their own pleasure and fun ..

but the answer still remains NO ..wife beating is allowed in Islam .. Islam teaches u alternatives ..and striking is last resort before divorce ..

Wife beating is allowed only if used as foreplay. You do it in the bedroom, handcuff her and use a whip and do it lightly. Oh and you have to take turns , like she gets to do the same to her husband too. :khumar:
Islam encourages foreplay. There are many authentic ahadees on the subject. :chai:

@Fbi one of our neighbour beats up his wife and one day i said to him “dosaron ki beti, behan ko ghar la kr marty ho”, how do u feel when others do the same 2 u sister and daughter? That neighour was quite and in condition of repent.

Better to leave them (give divorce) instead of beating her.

It is not funny. It is abuse. Laughing at abuse means you are supporting it.
