Sorry to put a downer on your happyness but Mac OS / unix in not immune to viruses, trojans and other threats. Eventually, every OS gets hacked and exploited.

Discuss this like an adult please. Its an objective discussion, nobody gets a downer because of a computer.

OS is, other applications (acrobat, MS office for Mac) are still susceptible to known exploits. Like Tofi said, discuss things objectively.

Looks cost money. Sony has sexy designs and they charge you for it. Asus came out with a MacBook Air replica (Zen) and its about the same price as the Air. That’s always been a given.
Mac’s do have their benefits. Just the multi-touch itself adds a few hundred dollars worth of value. Having the ability to use the unix kernel too. In my years of computing I haven’t felt as carefree opening unknown emails.
