Bigger question for me is why the Hindu/Sikh/Buddhist/Atheist gal would want to marry a Muslim guy if he has such a narrow view of religion and obviously does not consider her religion "good enough"!

I don't know..becauseeee..uhhh religion is one part of someone's personality. He may be attracted to her for her looks, manners, values, wealth, brains you name it.

you're right and i agree, when conversions are made to happen that shows that what she already is isn't good enough for him, she has to change her whole self for him, sacrifice her beliefs. It would be so selfish.
